Lets Hang Out in RL ... what is RL?

If you happen to be on facebook (i made one lazy check and didn’t see you on there), add me. if not, well then we can just hang out in RL sometime (RL, in case you’re not up on your chat room lingo, means real life).
— I got this in an email from an awesome dude I met on my travels.  I love it, it made me smile. The bracketed explanations are priceless, and thank God because ‘no, I did not know what RL meant.’

Rockin the Mullet - Street Style Istanbul Turkei

One hell of a fierce mullet spotted downtown Istanbul, Turkey.

Visual Merchandising Gone Wrong - good humor factor!

How’s this for VM, I guess mustaches are ‘IN’ in Istanbul.

Street Style - Istanbul Turkey

Funky Shoes from Istanbul, Turkey.  This is a step up from the suede CLARKS the cool kids are wearing.
Pendleton USA should think of adding something like this to their collection.

Facial Waxing allowing funky people to express who they are!

How does facial waxing help ‘funky people express themselves?? .. if you wax it off surely it would be decreasing your funkyness.. no?
Thank you Preston for this piece of randomness!

A fine young gentleman! Prom Style

I spotted this guy at my cousins Prom, his outfit was awesome!!! Slim fit check, fierce bowtie,.. right down to the brown brogues, I can appreciate this.  After asking him where he got his suit he told me ” My mom is like my stylist, she took me to Simons.”
I want to meet this lady!

My Cousin Wears my Haute Couture to her Prom.

To finalize my Fashion Design degree at LaSalle College (Montreal.)   I designed a Couture collection inspired by Famous Architect Antonio Gaudi.   I was honored when my cousin asked if she could wear it to her high school prom

She looks so beautiful!

There will always be more clothes…but fun only comes once.

recently I’ve been moving countries, houses and locations.  Preston - Montreal - (someone’s room) Preston - (another someone’s room) Preston - London.  Each move requires me ditching another article of clothing, which is not something that a ‘fashion hoarder’ like me CANNOT do easily.  My posessions are now spread over airport floors, charities in Africa, inside black bin bags, and on other people’s feet.   It must be nice to wear PRE-Loved clothing!

It’s been emotional!  Here are my amazing Mom’s words of wisdom.  God I love that woman!

My Work @ Graduate Fashion Week - that big thing on the wall

Images from my steampunk campaign were used by UCLAN, for the stand at Graduate Fashion Week London June 2010 Stand.
Yea .. that HUGE one on the wall!

I want to work for Aldo! HIRE ME!

In hope to express my Passion for Fashion and Shoe Fetish through an application with Aldo, I included this Street Style Trend Research.

Trend board:

… so glad we take the same size.

I met up with my Mom in Spain this past February… I was excited to see her, but even more excited when I saw her newest investment.   Check out her new Nike Gladiators.   I guess people aren’t used to seeing middle aged women with funky footwear, the Spanish were actually stopping and pointing at her feet.

My worked was scoped by Manchester Fashion Network

…Banners, flyers, 6 sheets, posters etc… my work was found all over the city.
My Images were used by Manchester Fashion Network to promote their Vintage Threads market.   Here are images of the promotional material displaying my work.
It was excited to see my work on display, it all seemed a bit surreal.   I had to laugh when I saw a girl holding one of my signs in the city centre.

A series from my ‘Steampendous’ photo story was also exhibited at the fair.

The vintage market was really good, i met a great lady who runs a store ‘Clothing With a Conscience.’ in Afflecks palace.  She stocks some amazing ‘recycled’ clothing lines.  I’m really into this ethical, eco,and up-cylced fashion movement.
